The short version

What's included
- Uptime monitoring. Every workflow is watched. If something stops working, you hear from us before it becomes a problem.
- Tokens and credentials. OAuth, API keys, and connected accounts get refreshed and rotated as needed.
- Infrastructure upkeep. Cloudflare Workers, KV, R2, and anything else we provisioned stays patched and current.
- Model upgrades. When a new Claude version is worth moving to, your prompts and configs get refreshed against it.
- Upstream bug fixes. When a connected API shifts and breaks something, we fix it.
- Small tweaks. Prompts, copy, edge cases. Under thirty minutes per request, no charge.
- Monthly status note. A short async update: what ran, what broke, what's worth changing next.
- Async support. EST business hours, 24-hour response window.
Bolt-on (not in the retainer)
- New workflows. Scoped separately as an hour bank or fixed-fee project.
- New integrations. Wiring in a new system or MCP server.
- Major refactors. Anything that touches the structure of the build.
- Long debugging on third-party issues. More than two hours per incident.
- New dashboards. Custom views beyond what already ships.
- Team training. Onboarding new staff onto the agent.
Bolt-ons are scoped by quote. Hour banks or fixed-fee per project, whichever is cleaner.
Worth knowing
- One retainer per business. If you run more than one company, each gets its own plan and its own surface area.
- Drafts by default. The agent keeps drafting. Nothing leaves without a human approval, unless you've explicitly turned that on.
- Cancel anytime. If it isn't earning its keep, we'd rather know than keep billing.

Derik came in to help us find automation opportunities in our leadership development agency. We work with a lot of client information across tools: sales calls, proposals, onboarding docs, project plans. My team was easily spending one to two hours every new client onboarding just moving information around and consolidating it.
He helped me map the flow visually on a whiteboard, then teaching me alongside him in Claude Code, we integrated all those tools into one process.
