What counts as a qualification?
A qualification is a qualified customer, not just any chat. It counts when Sky has identified a real, good-fit prospect: their problem, their intent to act, and a fit worth your team's time, with a one-line summary you can act on. If a visitor is a poor fit, Sky disqualifies them and you are not charged. Every qualification appears in your lead list, so the number you pay for is the number you can read.

There is no independent study fixing a typical lift for one AI agent, so we cite the market rather than promise you a percentage.
How is this different from visitor-tracking tools like RB2B?
Those tools try to de-anonymize visitors by matching their IP to a name, which works mainly for US traffic and is legally fraught in Canada (under PIPEDA an IP can be personal information). Sky takes the opposite approach: it earns the identity in a conversation the visitor chose to have, and captures contact details only when they offer them. You get intent plus a name, consent-based, without covert tracking.
