Who it’s for

This offer is for the owner of a $5M to $50M manufacturer, food and beverage producer or wholesale distributor in Ontario or Quebec. You have bought Claude seats, or are about to. It suits a new owner or successor who wants the team on one company AI account from the start.

A few people tried Claude, some on their own cards, and use dropped off after the first weeks. The settings are still Anthropic’s defaults, nobody has written down what may go into Claude, and company work sits in personal chats.

The offer fits when:

  • You pay for seats that few people open.
  • Staff use personal AI accounts for company work.
  • You want one job done well in Claude before you buy more seats.

What you get

01The right plan and seatsTeam or Enterprise, and Standard or Premium seats for each person, based on how they work.
02Admin and data settingsChanged before anyone is invited: domain verification, single sign-on, the chat feedback setting, connectors, project sharing, organization instructions and spend limits.
03One company accountPersonal Claude accounts on work email addresses moved into it, with their chats and projects.
04A short AI policyWhich account to use, which records stay out of Claude, and who checks the output before it reaches a customer or a supplier.
05Hands-on trainingEach desk works on its own documents, such as quote requests, supplier quotes and spec sheets, on site in French or English.
06Shared projectsFor the desks that need them, such as a sales project with the catalogue, spec sheets and pricing rules, each with a named owner.
07A connection to your dataA read-only connector from Claude to your workspace, starting with one source such as sales history from your ERP, so answers come from your own records. Access is set per person.
08A first project in daily useOne job, with an owner and a measure of how long it took before and after.
09A usage reviewWho uses Claude and for what, from the admin console, with seats moved to the people who use them most.

How it runs

Four weeks from the first call to daily use.

Week 1A company account set up your way, and a draft policyWe review your plan and seats, change the admin settings and draft the AI policy with you. Personal accounts move into the company account, and we pick the first project.
Week 2Each desk using Claude on its own workWe train each desk on its own documents and set up the shared projects. You sign off the policy.
Week 3The first project in useWe build the first project with the people who will use it, and run a second session for each desk. We connect Claude to the first source of company data in your workspace.
Week 4A measured first project, and a decision on what comes nextWe measure the first project against how long the job took before, review usage and adjust seats. Then we hand over and decide with you whether stage two is worth doing.

The first stage takes four weeks, at a fixed price agreed before work starts. It runs on your own workspace and your company’s Claude account, and if you stop there, everything built in it is yours to keep.

What we need from you

AccessAn owner role in your Claude organization, and the administrator of your identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra ID or Google, to set up single sign-on.
PeopleA list of who gets a seat and what each desk does.
DocumentsA handful of real examples for each desk, such as recent quote requests, supplier quotes or written procedures.
TimeAbout two hours of training for each person, and about an hour a week from the person who owns the rollout inside your company.

What changes

Your team uses the seats you pay for on its own work. The first project shows, on your own numbers, how much time one desk gets back.

Company work moves out of personal chats into a company account with settings you chose. Everyone knows which records may go into Claude and who checks the output. You can see who uses Claude, so seats go to the people who need them.

He helped me map the flow visually on a whiteboard, then teaching me alongside him in Claude Code, we integrated all those tools into one process.

After week 4

Claude stays connected to your workspace, and every module you add becomes something your team can ask about.

Your workspace
One database with your data and your definitionsDesigned to run on its own server in Canada. A chat answers from it and shows the query.
Your systems
ERPAccountingEmailSpreadsheetsFiles and drawings

Each offer adds one module. The modules share one database and one set of definitions, so each new one starts from data that is already clean. If you stop, what was built is yours.

What can come next

After week 4 your team keeps asking Claude about sales, stock and costs, with the answers drawn from your own records. Each module you add to the workspace, such as reporting or pricing, widens what Claude can answer.

  • Connectors to the tools your team works in, set to read only where that is enough.
  • MCP servers that let Claude reach your own systems safely.
  • Answers from your ERP data through a reporting database, which the AI reporting sprint sets up.
  • A private setup for records that must stay in house, as private AI for business describes.
  • The next jobs on the list, one desk at a time.

Questions people ask

What does it cost?
The first stage is a fixed price agreed before work starts, based on the job. ThriveAI does not publish rates. Claude seats are a separate cost, paid to Anthropic.
Team or Enterprise?
Start on Team, which takes 2 to 150 seats, unless a customer, lender or auditor asks for audit logs, automatic account removal or custom data retention. Those need Enterprise.
Does Claude train on our data?
On Team and Enterprise, Anthropic does not train its models on your content by default. Rating a chat with the feedback buttons sends that conversation to Anthropic, which is why the feedback setting is reviewed in week one.
Where is our data stored?
Anthropic stores Claude data in the United States. Records that must stay in Canada belong in a private setup. For the options, see private AI for business.
We already use ChatGPT. Does this still apply?
Yes. ThriveAI runs the same rollout for ChatGPT Business and Enterprise. Put the company on one AI account, so there is one set of settings to keep and one account to close when someone leaves.
Is the training in French?
Yes, if you choose. Training runs on site, in French or English, on the documents each desk handles.
