One workspace

Every offer adds a module to one workspace that holds your data.

Your workspace
One database with your data and your definitionsDesigned to run on its own server in Canada. A chat answers from it and shows the query.
Your systems
ERPAccountingEmailSpreadsheetsFiles and drawings

Each offer adds one module. The modules share one database and one set of definitions, so each new one starts from data that is already clean. If you stop, what was built is yours.

How every offer runs

Every offer follows the same four weeks.

Week 1ConnectRead access to the systems the job needs, and a test set of real cases with known answers.
Weeks 2 and 3Build and checkThe job is built on your data and checked against the test set while your team works as usual.
Week 4In daily useYour team works from the output. A named person approves anything that reaches a customer, a supplier or the ERP.
After week 4It keeps runningThe module keeps running on your workspace, and the next one starts from the same data. If you stop, what was built is yours.

What clients say

Derik at Thrive was instrumental in taking incredibly messy data we inherited in a business we acquired and, through using AI, organized it in record time in a way that made it reviewable by our team for final review and approval.

He proposed solutions that were effective to implement and everyone on our team was impressed and happy to work with him.

We’ve only started to work with him, hopefully many more projects to come with so many use cases for AI implementation in our businesses.

Rios-Karim MercierBelmont Capital

Derik came in to help us find automation opportunities in our leadership development agency. We work with a lot of client information across tools: sales calls, proposals, onboarding docs, project plans. My team was easily spending one to two hours every new client onboarding just moving information around and consolidating it.

He helped me map the flow visually on a whiteboard, then teaching me alongside him in Claude Code, we integrated all those tools into one process. The agent now pulls the necessary information from every section and brings it into one cohesive view. When a few things broke a few days after testing, he got on a call with me and we troubleshot it together.

Working with Derik to build these AI agents has been fun, very worthwhile, with a huge ROI for my team. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

Questions people ask

Which offer should we start with?
Start with the job that costs your team the most hours or the most money. If you just bought the business and do not know that job yet, start with the first 100 days, which finds it.
Can we run two offers at once?
One at a time works better, because each offer needs the same few people who know your records. Most offers read the same records, so the second one starts from the database and definitions the first one built.
What does it cost?
Each first stage is a fixed price agreed before work starts, based on the job. ThriveAI does not publish rates.
What if our job is not on this list?
Tell us anyway. Other jobs start the same way, with a fixed-price first stage on your own systems. Services lists the work ThriveAI does.
