Questions people ask

What happens after I sign up?
Derik replies to the email you gave, usually within one business day. He tells you what a session built on your job would cover.
Where do sessions run?
By video call, or in person at your plant or office, in French or English. A video course is also available.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You write instructions in plain language and check each answer against the source document.
Which AI assistant does the session use?
The assistant your company already pays for, such as ChatGPT Business, Claude Team or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Before the session, you check which plan each account is on.
Is it safe to put company documents into an AI assistant?
The answer depends on the plan and the plan's settings. OpenAI and Anthropic say that they do not train on business plan data by default. On a personal account, check the training setting first.
What does it cost?
Each engagement is planned and quoted separately, around the jobs you choose and the people who take part. ThriveAI does not publish rates.
